This class is still challenging and will push your boundaries to help you become stronger and improve your flexibility and stamina. ServiceThis class is not for the fainthearted! Here we challenge not only your strength and stamina but your ability to flow between exercises. This dynamic reformer class will help to sculpt your body and create toned muscles. Bring a towel and get ready to sweat!

This class is based on L1 however participants that are L2 will be encouraged to take alterations. This class will still be challenging and push your boundaries to help you become stronger, improve your flexibility and stamina.
